Clare Sarah Goodridge

Clare is the founder of The Future of Flourishing a futures thinking media, training and Venture Lab, dedicated to bridging the gap between scientific knowledge and practical application in the field of human and global flourishing.

Clare sits on the Faculty and is a performance coach for The Center for Human Potential, she coaches the popular Transcend Course led by Dr. Scott Barry Kaufman, and is partner of The FlourishCafe in the United Kingdom.

Clare’s current doctoral research is focused on creating a personal leadership system that integrates cognitive sciences with regenerative leadership practices to provide a blueprint for employee and organizational flourishing in complex, uncertain and ever-changing environments.

Previously Clare was the Head Performance Coach & Head of Client Experience at The Flow Research Collective with Steven Kotler where she developed multiple progams, delivered corporate programs and trained and mentored over 200 peak performance coaches

Clare has personally coached hundreds of high-performers within organizations like Accenture, Meta, Google, Microsoft, Singularity University, Disney, and the San Francisco Police Department, alongside many inspiring artists, celebrities, creatives, silicon valley founders & entrepreneurs. Her personal passion is working with young people transitioning into adulthood.
